Rental Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old to rent.

• Driver's license and major credit card required.

Helmets & Safety:

• Helmets included for all rentals.

• Helmets required for passengers under 18 years of age.

• Passengers should be able to sit upright on their own, and be properly secured by the seatbelt at all times. 

• No alcohol or drugs before or during your rental. If anyone appears impaired at time of pickup/delivery they will be unable to ride, and no refund will be given. This is non-negotiable and at staff's discretion.

Fuel Policy:

• SxS vehicles go out full of gas and need to be returned full.

• If not, a gas charge of up to $75 will apply.

What to Bring:

• Clothing appropriate for the weather.

• Water and snacks for your ride.

Deposit & Payment:

• Deposits are refundable 30 days prior to your reservation.

• Credit card hold of $1,500.00 at the time of rental start date.

Pick-up & Delivery:

• Pick-up/Delivery service available from Curtis location only.

Additional Information:

• Not all models are available at all locations.

• Prices and availability are subject to change.

Taxes & Fees:

• All prices are plus 6% tax and service fee.

Before You Ride: 

• Our staff will walk you through your UTV and how to operate it safely, fit your helmet, and review the guidelines. Our staff and you will both sign our check-in form confirming the walk-through.

Every unit is inspected on return and again before it goes back out, and recieves a full inspection each season. Any unit that needs attention is pulled from rotation until it is fully repaired. UTV riding is an adventure that carries inherent risks. We work hard to maintain our units and brief every rider, but these risks can be reduced- not eliminated. Please ride within your ability and follow all safety guidelines.
